Glossary
A quick reference for the terms used across these docs.
- Amplify
- The core action: turning your rough prompt into the one you meant to write.
- Brain / expert
- One practitioner distilled into the library. There are 59. Since we measured it, none of their content is pasted into your prompt; the roster is used to work out which specialism your request belongs to.
- Judgment unit
- A single named move from an expert: the situation, the move, and the reasoning. There are 1,224 across the library.
- Tension note
- A captured tradeoff between two of an expert's own principles, plus the condition that decides between them. Part of the library, not of your prompt.
- The vault / library
- The structured collection of experts, judgment units, and tension notes. Built, measured, and switched off as a source of prompt content.
- Clarify
- The stage that decides whether to ask you a question, and asks a sharp one or two when it does.
- Router
- The stage that picks which single specialism fits your request best, from a shortlist. Still runs.
- Preview
- The read the Amplifier shows you before it writes anything: what you are trying to get, and the shape of the request it is about to make on your behalf. Correcting it changes what gets asked for.
- The invisibility rule
- The commitment that the output never names a technique, never lectures, and never answers the task itself.
- What I sharpened
- The plain language note after every amplify that tells you exactly what improved.
- Brand voice
- An optional style spec, set on the dashboard, so the finished prompt sounds like you. Includes words you never want to see.
- Readiness notice
- The panel that appears when your request already looks complete, offering to send it as it is. It advises, it never blocks.
