End User License Agreement
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Intent Amplifier ("we", "us", or "our") for the Intent Amplifier browser extension and any related software we provide (the "Software"). It sets out the licence you get to use the Software, and the limits on it. It works alongside our Terms of Service, which govern the wider service, and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If any conflict arises about the Software specifically, this EULA controls. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. The licence we grant you
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the Software on browsers you control, for your own lawful use of the service. This is a licence to use the Software, not a sale of it. We and our licensors keep all ownership of the Software.
The Software is free to install, but it will not amplify a prompt until the browser it is installed in is connected to an Intent Amplifier account and you have agreed to this EULA, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Creating an account is free and the setup flow walks you through it the first time you use the Software.
2. What you may not do
Except to the extent this is not permitted to be restricted by law, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Software or the backend service.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Software available to anyone else, or host it as a service of your own.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, abuse controls, or licensing features.
- Use the Software to build, train, or benchmark a competing product, or to scrape or extract the expert framework library ("brains") or other proprietary content.
- Use the Software in any way that breaks the law, infringes someone's rights, or violates the rules of the AI chat sites it runs on.
3. Updates
The Software may update automatically through your browser's extension store or through us, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are covered by this EULA unless an update comes with its own terms, in which case those apply to that update. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Software, or any feature of it, at any time.
Because the Software talks to our service, we may require a reasonably current version of it. If a build becomes too old to support safely, the service can refuse it and tell you to update. We would only do this for a version that has been superseded and where an update is already available to you.
4. Third-party components and sites
The Software runs on top of third-party AI chat sites (including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI chats) and relies on third-party browsers and services. Those are governed by their own terms, which continue to apply. We are not responsible for third-party software or sites, and this EULA does not grant you any rights in them. The Software may include open-source or third-party components that carry their own licences; those licences govern those components.
5. Your content
The Software helps you rewrite prompts. You keep ownership of what you type and of the amplified results, as described in the Terms of Service. We do not claim rights in your content, and we do not use it to train the expert library or any model. The Software stores your settings and any remembered facts in your own browser first, and sends them to us only where the Privacy Policy says so. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
The Software, its code, its design, the Intent Amplifier and Intentra names and logo, and the expert framework library are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by us.
7. Fees
The Software is free to install, and the free plan is free to use with no card. Paid plans lift the usage limits and unlock features; what they cost and what they include is on the pricing page, and they are sold by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record, as described in the Terms of Service. Cancelling and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Nothing you can already do on the free plan will start costing money without us telling you first.
8. Term and termination
This EULA applies for as long as you use the Software. It ends automatically if you break its terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, or where we reasonably need to protect the service or other users. On termination, you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser or site, and amplified prompts are AI-generated suggestions that are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for your situation. You use the Software at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to the Software or this EULA. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Software is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, for the Software or for a paid plan that uses it, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your content, or your breach of this EULA or of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct.
12. Export and compliance
You agree to use the Software only in compliance with applicable laws, including any export control and sanctions laws, and you confirm you are not located in, or acting on behalf of, a country or party subject to such restrictions where that would make your use unlawful.
13. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Disputes are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
14. General
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Software. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this EULA; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
15. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA as the Software evolves. When a change is meaningful, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note it on the changelog. Continuing to use the Software after a change takes effect means you accept the updated EULA. If you do not agree, uninstall the Software.
